We ship Internationally-Shipping Quote will be provided prior to shipping if requested.
Our Costumes are shipping same day if your order is received prior to 2:00 pm.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available . NOTE: When you select Expedited shipping, the amount reflected is zero. Be advised, shipping charges will be applied. Expedited shipping rates differ so there is no way of knowing until we get a quote what the cost will be. In the notes, please let us know the date you need your item(s) and we will do whatever necessary and find the lowest possible cost for your shipment.
Most items are available to ship from the USA stock, however if there is an item that states "Ships From Australia" Please allow 10-14 days for regular delivery. Contact Us for SHIPPING costs. Most items shipping from Australia range between approx $35 and $45 per item.
Most orders are shipped USPS.
At the customers request we will ship UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping charges are more expensive with these services so additional charges may be added to your order when your card is charged.
Please specify in the notes section if you are requesting a different service. You will still need to select a shipping option so you will get an estimated price. This will be changed when the item ships if different.
We have found that there is no consistency with the amount of shipping charges. It depends where you are and the weight of the product.
RETURN POLICY
We have never had a return.
Our products go through a 7 step quality inspection process and are inspected at the factory prior to distribution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Costume sales are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers defect found upon receipt. Any such defects are to be identified and reported to our Customer Service department within 3 business days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Photos should be taken of any/all defect(s) and must be sent for review to our Customer Service department.
